I can't wait.....
Today is Matt's last day of school for the semester and I can't wait to have him home at night. He has been so busy with running the business, attending classes and studying that we haven't had alot of time to spend together since I moved here.
I also can't wait because we are going to Whistler for my birthday weekend. (yes, I had to sneek a few pictures in) I am SO excited!! I have been there a number of times to go skiing with friends from Seattle, but Matt has never been. It will be fun to show Matt around a Canadian city for a change.

That will be so enjoyable. Your mini vacation sounds delightful! And knowing that you will be in a Worldmark makes me even more excited for you. How fun. Happy Birthday on the 23rd!
ReplyDeleteYeah for a husband! I hope you guys have fun on your trip. Ross and I started driving there when we were in Vancouver - but a winding road and a woman in her first trimester didn't go together very well. So we had to turn around half way there. It was still a pretty drive - from what a could see when my head wasn't between my legs ;)

ReplyDeleteHey, I was really glad as well to hear from you. I am happy for you and how great things are going for you.
I think it is cool that you live up in BC. I spent a little time up there in high school for a choir trip in Vancuver and Victoria. it was awesome and soo beautiful. You have probably been there, but the Buschart Gardens was so amazing.
But I am happy things are going well. I need to bring my family up there to show my wife how beautiful it is. if we do I will for sure get in touch.
Anyway, Good to hear from you and we'll keep in touch
Matt, congrats on finishing your semester. I am one month away from my semester being done. I can't wait. The blog is awesome and I got a kick out of reading the Canadian/US translations.
ReplyDeleteHave a great break,
Shawn
So I know Troy and Tory McArthur as well as Teagan and Kim Bilbo from my Dixie days. My little sister also married a Toyn, but his cousins are from the BC area and Matt used to live with Ross. Did I get them all or are there others from BC that I am on their blog roll? I can't keep it all straight anymore ;)
ReplyDeleteHow fun! I am glad that you are going to have some time with your husband. I love Whistler! Go to Cow's ice-cream and try the "Tiger Tail" (orange sherbet swirled with black licorice). Sounds weird, but it is super yummy!
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome! I hope y'all have so much fun and needed relaxation together! Just as a side note I started my own blog--doesn't have much of anything but it has been started! Yay! Can't wait to hear about your trip! Love you!
